Opportunities often arise for community groups to purchase infrastructure that will support economic development.
GREAT will assess these opportunities on a case-by-case basis and where they provide real economic benefit to the community, may consider investing by way of the following options:
- Purchasing equity in the investment
- Divestment of a GREAT asset to an established community organisation
- Provision of grant/loan funding
- ADBT management
